The exact scope, timing, deliverables and price of paid work will normally be confirmed separately before work begins.
2. Quotations and Project Scope
Quotes, proposals and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
Work requested outside an agreed scope may require additional time, fees or a revised quotation.
Unless stated otherwise, a quotation does not guarantee availability until the project or service has been formally accepted.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required approvals, access credentials where necessary, and any content, equipment or materials needed to complete the agreed work.
Delays in receiving required information or approvals may affect project timelines.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, proposal or service agreement.
Where deposits or staged payments are required, work may be scheduled, paused or withheld until the relevant payment has been received.
5. Changes and Additional Work
Requests that materially change the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require a revised quotation, timeline or separate approval before proceeding.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for final project deliverables will be determined by the applicable quotation, proposal or project agreement.
Infolex retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, systems, know-how and other materials that were not created exclusively for a particular client.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to Infolex can lawfully be used for the requested work.

8. Website and Technology Services
Technology, website and device services may depend on existing systems, hardware, software, internet connectivity, third-party platforms and client-provided access.
While reasonable care is taken when providing technical services, compatibility and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed in every environment.
Clients should maintain appropriate backups of important information before significant device, system or website changes are performed.
9. Project Timing
Any timeline provided is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Timelines may be affected by client feedback, approvals, content, technical dependencies, third-party services, availability or changes to the agreed scope.
10. Cancellation
