Which package do you recommend for a tradie?
Starter at A$599 + GST (A$658.90 inc. GST). One page with your services, areas, photos, a call button and a quote form is enough for most sole traders and small crews. Choose Plus at A$999 + GST if you want extra service or area pages, your reviews on the site, and Google Analytics and Search Console set up.
How much does a tradie website cost in Melbourne?
Infolex websites start at A$599 + GST (A$658.90 inc. GST) for a one-page site. The Plus package is A$999 + GST and an online store is A$1,499 + GST. Domain, hosting, SSL, maintenance and business email are included for the first 12 months.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Hosting, domain renewal, your business email and security updates renew at the then-current rate (currently A$29 + GST a month), billed monthly. We remind you at least 30 days before the first renewal and there is no lock-in contract.
Can customers call or message me straight from the site?
Yes. Every site has tap-to-call and WhatsApp buttons, plus a quote form that emails you the details with an automatic reply to the customer.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No, and nobody honestly can. We set up the technical basics Google looks for: fast loading, clear page titles and descriptions, a sitemap and mobile-friendly pages. Plus includes Google Analytics and Search Console, with an enquiry report after 30 days.
How long does it take?
It depends on how quickly we receive your details, photos and feedback. We confirm a timeline when we confirm your package.
Can I update the website myself?
Small changes can be sent to us (a small change is A$49 + GST). If you want to edit products and prices yourself, the Online Store package includes a 30-minute training call.
