- Each carousel counts as one post and has 2 to 5 slides, depending on your request.
- Videos include basic editing and run up to 15 to 20 seconds, using footage or stock assets you supply. With AI video, we can also make 10-second clips.
- Revisions per monthly content batch: Essentials includes 1 revision round, Growth includes 3.

Essentials is A$299 + GST a month for 12 posts. Growth is A$899 + GST a month for 30 posts. Each post goes on both Facebook and Instagram.
Do I approve the content first?
Yes. You check each month’s content before it is scheduled. Essentials includes 1 revision round for the month’s content and Growth includes 3.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. To stop, give us 30 days’ written notice.
Does each post count once if it goes on both platforms?
Yes. A content piece published on both Facebook and Instagram counts as one post.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
No. We create and schedule the content, and you reply to comments and messages yourself.
How long are the videos?
Videos run up to 15 to 20 seconds with basic editing, using footage or stock assets you supply. With AI video, we can also make 10-second clips.
How many slides can a carousel have?
Each carousel has 2 to 5 slides, depending on your request, and counts as one post.
Do I need a website from Infolex first?
No. You can use this service on its own.
